The Org-Boost Graduate School is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term contract (5 years). The role focuses on financial and personnel administration, as well as organizing academic events such as meetings, seminars, and workshops. The Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the graduate school’s activities, ensuring effective financial management, smooth personnel processes, and the successful execution of academic events.
As a Coordinator, you will work closely with faculty, doctoral candidates, and staff to facilitate the operational success of the graduate school, overseeing budget management, human resources processes, and event coordination. You will contribute significantly to the daily running of the school and the development of its research initiatives.
Applicant Profile & Requirements :
Experience : At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in financial management, personnel administration and event coordination
Experience in an academic or research environment
Familiarity with public sector regulations in finance and personnel management
Skills : Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with experience in managing budgets and coordinating events.
Experience in handling HR tasks, including contract management and personnel administration.
Proficiency in financial and administrative software (e.g., MS Excel, SAP).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
Personal Qualities : High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented approach to tasks.
