Europe FP&A Analyst (m / w / d)

With over 650 employees, the Lear headquarters in Oberding-Schwaig is the centre of excellence for automotive seat development in Europe. Our headquarters are located in the immediate vicinity of Munich Airport and thus offer first-class conditions for international co-operation. In addition to the sales and engineering teams, central functions such as purchasing, finance, legal and human resources are as well located here.

The role is a key position in Europe financial reporting to senior leadership within Lear. Therefore, this role requires a minimum of 3 years reporting experience from the candidate.

Europe JIT FP&A Analyst (m / w / d)

Key Tasks :

• Driving the assigned financial reporting processes for month close and forecast / budget.
• Providing the support to Finance Team with regards to HFM system including volume reporting.
• Preparing of wide range of financial analysis for Finance and Operations Executive Management.
• Ensuring the data and processes compliance with Lear reporting and accounting procedures.
• Optimizing the processes and tools resulting with efficiency improvement.
• Cash forecasting reporting and overdue debtors reporting.
