AI Consultant

Tasks

• Strategic AI Integration : Advise clients on integrating AI into their business strategies, ensuring alignment with their long-term goals and market dynamics.
• Solution Development : Design and implement bespoke AI solutions that address complex business challenges. This includes data analysis, model development, and deployment strategies.
• Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored AI-driven insights and recommendations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including data scientists, engineers, and industry experts, to deliver comprehensive AI solutions.
• Thought Leadership : Contribute to Konfuzio’s thought leadership in AI by publishing articles, and speaking at industry events.
• Continuous Learning : Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies, continuously enhancing your expertise and bringing innovative ideas to the team and clients.
• Knowledge Management : Play a pivotal role in crafting engaging and insightful documentation.

Requirements

• Education : Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning.
• Experience : Proven experience in AI consulting, data science, or a related role. Prior consulting experience is highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency : Strong proficiency in AI and machine learning technologies, data analysis, and programming languages such as Python.
• Business Acumen : Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to translate AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes.
• Communication Skills : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving : Innovative and analytical thinker with a proven track record of solving complex business problems through AI-driven solutions.
• Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to diverse industries and project requirements.
• Language Proficiency and Cultural Communication : Demonstrate exceptional fluency in both German and English, essential for effectively engaging with our diverse client base and global teams.
