The EPR Applications Scientist (f / w / d) is an expert in the field of EPR and works with internal and external customers to enhance the success of BBIO in EPR.

Responsibilities

• Perform EPR spectrometer demonstrations for customers
• EPR application support for our customers
• Support of the hardware & software development teams
• Perform international travels with emphasis on China for supporting the local Bruker EPR Application team
• Support of sales & marketing
• Preparation of marketing materials
• Participate in and assist with scientific trade shows conferences and user meetings.
• Product presentation at conferences and trade shows
• Product testing and validation
• Perform and assist in the production of manuals marketing materials and other EPR documentation.
• Maintain the instruments in the demo laboratory in peak performing condition.
• Performs or assists in training sessions both in house and in customers laboratories which may include classroom teaching and hands-on instrument training.
• Perform customer support which includes phone coverage travel to customer laboratories to deliver on-site support and assistance through the applications hotline.
