What part will you play? Together with the local QM&GCC manager you drive, plan, and implement required quality gates in the manufacturing and assembly processes and coordinate the respective teams for complaint analysis. Moreover, this role will involve the following tasks :

• Monitoring and analyzing NCCs, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing preventive actions in collaboration with the related process owners.
• Direct reporting to the local SI EA QM&GCC manager.
• Managing the full implementation of all related quality processes.
• Analyzing production quality.
• Moderating Value Stream Mapping workshops and conducting process FMEAs.
• Coordinating continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring and controlling the implementation of quality gates within processes.
