Legal Counsel
Location : Munich
Our client is seeking a legal counsel to join their team. This role involves providing practical legal guidance across corporate, commercial, and compliance matters, with a strong focus on German corporate law.
Responsibilities :
- Advise on legal matters including contracts, compliance, data protection, IP, and corporate governance.
- Support internal departments (e.g. procurement, technical, business development) with legal risk management.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents.
- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
- Assist in corporate transactions, restructurings, and strategic projects.
- Support compliance initiatives and create legal awareness materials.
- Contribute to process improvement as the company scales.
