Job Description
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Your main responsibilities :
- contribute to the operation of IT infrastructure and administrative applications
- acting as a point of contact and first line support to assist users (both physically and remotely) for their day-to-day issues in relation to the IT infrastructure and administrative applications, incidents and software installations.
- tracking, coordinating and following-up incident and problem resolution with the IT service providers in accordance with the agreed service levels for the infrastructure.
- defining new and improving existing processes for IT support
- drafting and maintaining technical documentation and user manuals for infrastructure and applications.
Qualifications
Technical Requirements :
strongly experienced in deploying, administering, and managing Microsoft Azure / Office 365 stack (Office 365, Azure AD, Intune, Defender, Teams and Teams Room System) on users’ devices, accounts and profilesexperienced in configuration and troubleshooting of end user devices (laptops, tablets, etc.)acquainted with next-gen networking solutions (Meraki)knowledge about patch management solutions in cloud environmentsfamiliar with Zero Trust approachvery good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
