Über den Bereich

Für den Bereich "Innovationsmanagement" suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine

  • n Werkstudent
  • in am Standort Ulm.

Der Bereich beschäftigt sich mit der Koordination und operativen Umsetzung interner Innovationsprozesse sowie der Betreuung des internen Ideenmanagements. Hierzu gehören unter anderem die Analyse eingereichter Ideen, die Durchführung von Kampagnen und die Kommunikation über verschiedene interne Kanäle. Darüber hinaus werden regelmäßig interne Innovationsformate organisiert, begleitet und ausgewertet.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Koordination und operativen Umsetzung von Innovationsprozessen und -initiativen
  • Mitwirkung im internen Ideenmanagement, inklusive Toolpflege, Inhaltserstellung und Qualitätssicherung
  • Erfassung, Strukturierung und Auswertung eingereichter Ideen sowie Begleitung interner Bewertungsformate
  • Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Durchführung von Innovationskampagnen, Pitches und Veranstaltungen
  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Inhalten für interne Kommunikationskanäle (z. B. Intranet, Newsletter, Präsentationen)
  • Übernahme administrativer, organisatorischer und projektbezogener Aufgaben, einschließlich Event- und Incentive-Management

    • Ihr Profil

  • Eingeschriebene
  • r Student
  • in im Studiengang BWL, Business Administration oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung und Spaß in der Nutzung von Office- und IT-Tools, wie z.B. Confluence, MS Sharepoint
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und gute Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift)
