My client stands is an industry leader in water / heat management solutions, offering precise digital measurement, seamless data delivery, and advanced water preservation software tailored for the water / energy utilities sector.
Responsibilities :
- Business and sales development of Heat / Water-Metering products globally
- Lead and develop the international sales development team and bring sales channel management to excellence
- Conduct competitor and customer requirement analysis and identify market potentials to gain market shares
- Develop and execute business plans based on strategy and market requirements in alignment with key stakeholders
- Drive an empowered and forward-thinking organization
- Persuasive communication style to address different hierarchical levels within and outside the organization
About your experience :
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or comparable
- Minimum 5 years of international work experience in senior business development and sales leadership role
- Strong interpersonal and social skills
- Excellent customer orientation, solution-oriented mindset with entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Business fluent in English, a second language (e.g., German) preferable
