As a
Working Student
in our
Social Media & Community
team, you will support the day-to-day operations of our brand's online presence. From helping with content scheduling and community engagement to assisting in influencer campaigns and reporting, this is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in a dynamic international marketing team.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Support the planning, scheduling, and publishing of content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
- Assist in community management (replying to comments, flagging user insights, etc.).
- Research social media trends and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Help track performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Support influencer research, outreach, and content coordination.
- Assist with administrative tasks like updating content calendars, gathering assets, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Provide support in content creation.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a university program with a
minimum of one year of studies remaining
(Marketing, Communications, Media, or similar). - A strong interest in social media and digital communication.
- A good visual sense and eye for content that works well on social media.
- Experience with Canva or other visual tools is a big plus.
- Strong communication skills in English (German is a bonus).
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and team spirit.
- Ideally available for 20 hours per week.
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite for creating visual content will be considered an advantage.
Key technical skills:
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Experience with content creation tools, especially Canva (or similar tools like Adobe Express, Figma, etc.).
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, Buffer – or willingness to learn).
- Understanding of social media metrics and ability to assist in tracking engagement and reach.
- Basic copywriting skills for captions, replies, and community posts.
- Comfort with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for collaboration and reporting.
- Strong research skills, especially for identifying trends, influencers, and relevant content.
- Good visual sense and ability to support layout and design choices for posts and stories.

hourly
