What awaits you?
- In this master thesis project, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the implementation of photon-counting detectors for CT systems and compare their performance with conventional energy-integrating detectors.
- By evaluating the benefits of this technology in the automotive industry, your research will play a crucial role in enhancing the capabilities of CT systems and revolutionizing non-destructive testing in the automotive sector.
Please note that your thesis must be supervised by a university on your part.
What should you bring along?
- You are in your final stages of your Master’s Studies in Physics, Engineering or other comparable technical degree program.
- Ideally, you already gained some experience in the field of X-ray imaging.
- Ideally, you already gained some experience in the field of image processing.
- Analytical thinking skills.
- Fluent in English and good German skills.
- You possess strong team and communication skills.
