As Product Manager at Consultport, you'll be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of our platform, driving innovation, and ensuring a best-in-class user experience for consultants, clients, and internal users.

You will be responsible for shaping the product vision, strategy, and execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

In your role, you will directly report to the top management, who come with a lot of experience in scaling marketplaces on a global level.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy : Develop and refine the product strategy aligned with business goals, market trends, and user needs.

Drive the long-term vision while balancing short-term objectives for the platform's growth and evolution.

Roadmap Planning : Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user feedback, market research, and business objectives.

Continuously iterate and refine the roadmap based on insights and changing market dynamics.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of the product roadmap.

Collaborate on feature development, user experience improvements, and product launches.

User-Centric Design : Champion a user-centered approach, leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to understand user behavior, pain points, and preferences.

Translate insights into actionable product improvements and features.

Market Analysis : Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities, market trends, and potential areas for product differentiation.

Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

• Product Launches : Lead successful product launches, coordinating across teams to ensure smooth rollouts, effective communication, and user adoption strategies.
• Metrics and Analytics : Define and track key product metrics, analyze data to measure product performance, and derive actionable insights.

Use data-driven decision-making to iterate and improve the product continually.

Requirements

• Experience : 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment or within a marketplace / platform company.
• Leadership Skills : Proven track record of leading product / tech teams, driving product vision, and successfully launching and scaling products.
• Strategic Thinker : Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Technical Acumen : Understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• User Empathy : Deep empathy for users and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
• Analytical Skills : Proficiency in data analysis and using metrics to drive decision-making.
• Communication : Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Adaptability : Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment and adapting to changing priorities.
