To support our team at the a&o Hostel Hamburg Reeperbahn we are looking for YOU ! A hardworking and independent as Student Studentenjob : Guest Relation / Reception Specialist (m / f / x).

We are looking for enrolled students, working students, temporary student workers, university students and technical college students who enjoy a part-time job in the hostel.

YOUR JOB

  • You are the contact person for guests in the lobby and assist them with words and deeds.
  • You welcome our arriving groups, e.g. school classes, and familiarize them with the customs and procedures of the hotel.
  • For large arrivals you support the guests at the self-check-in and with the check-in preparation formalities.
  • The individual greeting and support of the guests at breakfast is part of your duties
  • You actively collect guest feedback and encourage our guests to give feedback in the online rating portals
  • You actively support at the reception (check-in / check-out)
  • The regular control of the online rating portals is your task

YOUR PROFILE

  • You are an enrolled student (m / f / x) with a valid certificate of enrollment for a full-time course of study.
  • You enjoy contact with guests and dealing with them
  • You are an open person and approach people proactively
  • Ideally, you already have experience as : Customer Service Representative or Customer Care Representative.
  • You have a high degree of commitment and independence
  • You have very good German and good English skills
