We are currently seeking a HSE Manager for a Grid Corridor Project in Bavaria , focusing on safety for cable installation and jointing. 24+ month project, full time on site.

Key Responsibilities :

Support the Site Manager in overseeing daily operations on-site.
Supervise cable laying activities with subcontractors and jointing teams.
Ensure the health, safety, and environmental compliance of large onsite teams.
Conduct inductions, training, and site inspections with clients.
Manage and issue incident reports if necessary.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices on the project.

Qualifications :

SiGeKo Certification

FASI Certification (Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit).

Technical experience in the cable installation industry is a plus.

Ability to manage and guide a large workforce effectively.
