As a Product Designer at Bonify, you'll take full ownership of core product experiences—leading initiatives that directly improve how people understand and manage their credit and finances.

You’ll join a highly collaborative product team that moves fast, experiments often, and holds itself to the highest standards of quality. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role : you’ll define the problem, shape the solution, own the design process, and ship meaningful features across web and mobile.

You’ll also contribute to the design of AI-powered tools and features that help users make smarter financial decisions with more clarity, personalization, and confidence.

Your tasks

You’ll Be Responsible For :

• Designing high-quality, accessible experiences across platforms (mobile & desktop)
• Translating user needs and data insights into elegant, practical solutions
• Collaborating closely with product, engineering, research, and growth teams
• Contributing to the design and UX of AI-enhanced experiences and data-driven features
• Actively questioning assumptions and challenging how we do things—then improving them
• Taking ownership of end-to-end design—from initial sketch to final UI
• Owning and evolving our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability
• Driving accessibility and inclusivity across all user touchpoints
• Continuously raising the bar through critique, feedback, and iteration

Requirements

We’re Looking for Someone Who :

Speaks German at a native level (C2) and works fluently in English (C2)
