• perform risk analyses for complex components and evaluate supplier feasibility
• plan, manage and monitor APQP processes for purchased components from development phase to series release and assess PPAP / PPF documentation including run@rate at supplier
• update, coordinate and document the APQP status for project managers and project reviews and initiate escalations when required
• analyse deviations using structured root-cause methods and follow through on defined actions
• ensure compliance with the product development process (PEP) and all relevant quality requirements
