We seek new members worldwide to join our International Network of M&A Advisors. We are not hiring employees.

Dealmakers (independent advisors) and member M&A boutiques use our M&A tools, international investment banking umbrella, Global Network of peers, and back office support of deal originators, analysts, target finders, marketing assistants, lawyers, IT, and other specialists devoted to generating deals for each member.

Members of the Network increase their income by amplifying their deals and back-office resources and collaborating with a team of Industry Experts and M&A colleagues globally.

ONEtoONE’s tools and Network help Dealmakers maximize their income by finding, attracting, and closing more and better deals.

Your Profile :

• Over 10 years of experience in finance, due diligences, private equity, or M&A.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, persuasive, resilient, and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent command of English.
• Technical expertise in producing high-quality deliverables in line with investment banking standards.
• Strong interest in analyzing transactions, evaluating strategic opportunities, and valuing companies.
• Teamwork-driven.
