Marketing Manager

Position Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to develop and implement effective online marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of successful online campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
o Develop and execute comprehensive online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
o Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
o Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement.
o Collaborate with creative agencies to produce engaging and relevant content for digital platforms.
o Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
o Oversee the management and optimization of the company website and landing pages.
o Coordinate with the management team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Qualifications :
o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in online marketing or a similar role.
o Proven experience in developing and executing successful online marketing campaigns.
o Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
o Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads, etc.).
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills.
o Fluent oral and written English communication skills. Native in German is highly desirable.
o Ability to work remotely and independently and as part of a team.
