PURPOSE
As a Distribution Excellence Manager, you are responsible for the quality and strategic impact of complex distribution intelligence tools. Together with Engineering, DC operations teams and vendors you work on continuously improving and evolving RFID and Labor Management to maximize the value for the consumer.
Partnering with vendors and markets to define a distribution intelligence solutions in our distribution centers, managing capability expansion increments and leading the team towards definition of new functionalities & best practices are a few examples of the activities that will be expected from this role. Additionally, you will be cooperating with various internal stakeholders, including DC operations, Global Centers of Excellence and IT channel department to drive consumer engagement and satisfaction, as well as incremental revenues out of delivering digital experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain RFID & LM solution health in collaboration with the product owners of the external solution vendorsOwn and prioritize change requests and continuous improvement for LM and RFID solutionsFacilitate stakeholder alignment across internal and external teamsAct as single point of contact for internal stakeholdersProduct Enablement & Adoption
Manages the Supply Chain RFID & LM support programContribute to Improve ways of working within the product(s) and with stakeholders to enhance release capacity and user experience quality.Own and update regular operations reportingAccountable for adoption and continuous improvement of KPI TrackingEnsure the creation and maintenance of product and process documentation for areas impacted by RFID & LMContribute to the user journey design and insights gathering for the productsContinuous improvement & change management
