Network Engineer

Job Title : Junior Network Engineer Job Location : Milan

(Italy) Main Responsibilities : Plan, design, and implement B2B

delivery solutions for network products in the IP (Datacom),

Optical (WDM) or Mobile (MBB) domain. Install, configure,

commission, and integrate telecommunications equipment, ensuring

seamless functionality. Perform network configuration and

optimization using the latest technologies to achieve optimal

design and performance. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical network

issues, providing efficient solutions to maintain network

stability. Provide technical support to clients, either

independently or in collaboration with the support team, while

coordinating project implementation and facilitating the adoption

of new technologies. Requirements : Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s

or Master’s degree in a technical field, such as Electrical

Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related

discipline, graduating between January 2024 and December 2026.

Minimum 6 months of experience managing networking integration

projects, with a strong understanding of project management

principles and quality assurance methodologies (In case you don’t

possess the relevant past experience, we encourage you to apply for

our internship position). Strong communication, interpersonal, and

teamwork skills, with a proven ability to solve problems, make

decisions, and manage tasks effectively. Adaptability to work in an

international business environment, demonstrating excellent

collaboration skills and cultural awareness. Language Requirements :

Good command of spoken English and fluent in Italian. Huawei's
