The successful candidate will collaborate with national sales leadership, the broader cross-functional (incl. Alliance) brand team as well as regional and global Regeneron brand leadership. They will ensure alignment and communication between key brand functions locally and help ensure above-market leadership and support functions have the insights regarding local country dynamics and performance.

The Senior Commercialization Manager will build, support and track the field execution of local brand and tactical plans and participate in regional field activities as appropriate. The individual reports to Regeneron’s Country Manager Immunology, DACH.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • You'll collaborate with alliance partners to implement local commercialization strategies across respiratory and dermatology therapeutic areas.
  • You'll provide strategic direction alongside our sales team and give high-quality input to local market development and commercial activities.
  • Your role will involve supporting the implementation of local tactical plans and providing sales support materials.
  • You'll cultivate positive relationships with cross-functional colleagues and our co-commercialization partner, tracking critical metrics for early course correction and execution of key tactics.
  • Your insights will be valuable to Regeneron’s regional and global organizations as you collaborate on strategies and tactics. You'll also play a key role in developing our field force, rolling out sales-focused training initiatives in collaboration with our partner.
  • Lastly, you'll work closely with the REGN global marketing team as part of the global brand planning process. Join us in crafting the future of healthcare.

Required

  • You'll have proven track record in pharmaceutical marketing and sales management.
  • You'll need a deep understanding of specialty care commercialization across the region, strong business and analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities for leadership engagements.
  • Your role will involve project and process management in a fast-paced launch environment. As an upbeat self-starter, you'll bring an operationally oriented working style, with excellent planning and organizing skills.
  • You'll represent the REGN perspective in alliance partnerships and influence within a matrix organization. The role requires willingness to travel approximately 15-20%, including weekends for conferences and meetings.
