ERM is searching for a leader to spearhead the expansion of our Capital Project Delivery business in the German renewables market. As a Partner, you will leverage your consulting expertise, business acumen and technical knowledge in onshore wind, offshore wind and solar power to unlock new growth opportunities.
ERM in Germany
Since established in 1989, ERM Germany has enjoyed steady growth and now employs over 150 people based across multiple locations. Throughout the years, ERM Germany has built a solid reputation in the environmental services market and our Capital Projects Delivery (CPD) team has been delivering technically challenging environmental and social impact studies (EIA’s and ESIA’s) for some of the largest infrastructure projects in Germany. This team has more than tripled its size in the past 15 years and we work with a wide range of clients including domestic companies, large German and European banks, international lending organisations and corporate clients, supporting them with key decisions on project financing and green-field development investments.
Role profile
Working with the major players in the Power, Onshore and Offshore wind energy markets, you will be responsible for commercial growth for the CPD renewable services in Germany, working with existing clients and winning new business. Our go-to-market model enables our Partners to build longer-term, deep relationships with clients and you will have the opportunity to work with the multi-disciplinary team to support our clients’ full asset life cycle. This role will be focused primarily around the German market. Business fluent German and English language skills are mandatory.
