Your responsibilities :
- Systematic coordination of events and conferences for both internal users and external guests
- Advising event organizers regarding concept and feasibility
- Assisting in budget planning and monitoring
- Administrating event venues and facilities on campus
- Interfacing between event organizers and relevant departments
- Overseeing of all logistical and technical aspects and support crews
- Assisting in marketing and promotion of events and facilities
- Collaboration with Infrastructure and Housing for conference accommodations
- Monitoring of compliance with milestones and quality control
- Developing and improving processes and workflows of event and conference support systems
Your qualifications :
- A proven experience in event and conference management
- Passionate about working intensively in an international educational environment
- Highly organized, self-motivated
- Creative problem solve in pressure situations
- Flexible schedule to support some events on weekends and on weekday evenings
- Good interpersonal and intercultural skills
- Good oral and written communication skills in German and English
