Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute social media strategies, focusing primarily on LinkedIn.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content tailored to DACH audiences.
- Curate content that reflects regional trends, cultural nuances, and the company’s tone of voice.
- Maintain a structured content calendar to ensure a consistent content pipeline.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Digital, and Sales teams to develop content ideas and campaign strategies.
- Manage relationships with external agencies for content creation, publishing, and analytics.
- Analyze performance metrics and create reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Advise internal stakeholders on best practices for social media content creation and campaign planning.
- Promote employee advocacy by encouraging team members to engage with social media content.
Requirements :
5–7 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the B2B technology sector.Native German speaker with strong English language skills.Proficiency in social media tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems (experience with Khotos is a plus).Knowledge of content creation tools such as Canva.Experience in content production (photography, videography, animation) is an advantage.Strong expertise in developing and managing organic and paid LinkedIn campaigns.Excellent marketing communication and digital marketing skills.Ability to handle multiple initiatives, vendors, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.If you are passionate about social media and want to make an impact in a fast-moving, international environment, apply today!
