BALENCIAGA Associate Store Manager | Munich
We are currently seeking an Associate Store Manager who will report to the Store Manager for our Munich store. This is a FTC contract for a year.
Your Opportunity :
Business development :
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to maximise business opportunities and working efficiencies
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, display, client service, and operational functions within the Store
- Support the Store Manager in achieving targeted quantitative and qualitative goals
Talent leadership and development :
Create and maintain a positive work environment, consistent with Balenciaga behavioursIdentify, attract, recruit, develop and retain talentSupport the Store Manager in creating a team whose activities are always motivated, competent and up to date in the fashion and luxury industriesBrand promotion :
Behave as a Balenciaga Ambassador, sustain and promote the culture of the brand internally and externallyEnsure Balenciaga Signature and Client experience are executed and consistent over timeDevelop clienteling mindset and client's loyalty and retention from beginners to VICsBuild a network of people who have an impact on local and international luxury business in order to promote client loyalty, especially with VIC and VVICsProcess management :
Ensure that all the processes are compliant with legal, safety, security, internal requirements, sustainability, HR guidelinesEnsure execution of Retail Excellence guidelines in the storeSupport the Store Manager in managing inventory activities and warehouse stockChallenge and improve current processes sustaining the growth and ensure efficiency and effectivenessKPIs (including but not limited to)
Business : sales density, conversation rate, UPT, cross selling rate, transactionsTeam : sales productivity, training completion rate, turnover rateClient : local retention rate, CEEProcess : CRM, Omnichannel, back of houseWho you are :
You have significant experience in team management, in store management and in the sale of luxury products;You have good social skills and a very good ability to listen, a strong sense of responsibility;You are willing and responsive;You are service-oriented and persuasive;You must have a customer portfolio and know local customers;You have a good knowledge of IT tools and a keen sense of product and fashion culture;You have worked in a fast past environment;Your English must be fluent and ideally a second language;Why work with us?
