Summary
For the “Integrated Logistic Support and In-Service Support Optronics” (ILS / ISS) department, we are looking for a “Project Manager in Customer Services (f / m / d)” at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible.
The “Integrated Logistic Support and In-Service Support Optronics” department is responsible for establishing the availability of the corresponding HENSOLDT products and the subsequent supply and customer support. In the ILS phase, the department lays the logistical foundations for a successful service business for HENSOLDT Optronics Customer Service. In the utilization phase, the team provides various services on the basis of contractual agreements in order to keep customers' optoelectronic products and systems in operation with the highest possible availability.
Your Tasks
Management of “In-Service Support” projects for the maintenance
restoring the operational readiness of complex optoelectronic systems in the security and defense industry
Planning, control and implementation of measures to maintain the availability of complex optoelectronic marine systems (repairs, obsolescence elimination, spare parts supply and technical overhaul of systems)
Acquisition, development, negotiation and management of full-service and subcontractor contracts in close cooperation with customers, external partners, suppliers and internal and external subcontractors
Definition, agreement and approval of work packages with regard to service content, deadlines, interfaces, target costs and deadlines,
Managing the provision of services (nationally and internationally) as well as reporting and invoicing
Ensuring that projects achieve their objectives, particularly in terms of costs, time, performance and quality
Preparation of external offers for the provision of services (spare parts supply, overhauls)
Development and implementation of comprehensive service concepts
Initiation and coordination of extensive problem and fault elimination measures
Willingness to travel (nationally and internationally) is a prerequisite.
Your Profile
Completed technical studies supplemented by business management knowledge or comparable
Several years of experience in technical project management
Experience within the defense industry, ideally in the field of naval systems, or a military background is advantageous
Experience in obsolescence management, change management and configuration management as well as knowledge of life cycle management
Very good knowledge of logistical requirements of military systems as well as the required services and good knowledge of export and ITAR regulations
High technical understanding of complex systems and products as well as good knowledge of analog technology
Confident handling of MS Office, Sharepoint applications and SAP
Strong organizational skills as well as a structured and independent way of working and the ability to work under pressure
Ability to work in a team, assertiveness and strong communication skills
Very good knowledge of German and English required, additional language skills advantageous
