Tasks

Your Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Consultant you help to monitor the performance of the ventures of our clients. You will design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions using primarily Power BI and Microsoft technologies to help businesses make informed decisions. You will also have the opportunity to manage and lead small projects, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement customized Power BI or similar business intelligence dashboards and reports for our clients
  • Design, conceptualize, and implement data-driven solutions using modern Microsoft technologies like Microsoft Fabric / Azure Synapse and Power BI
  • Participate in the entire project lifecycle : analysis, architecture, proof of concepts, implementation, and further development
  • Manage and lead small projects, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Model and optimize data structures for efficient analytics
  • Collaborate with internal development team and external stakeholders to analyze requirements and develop solutions

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience working with Power BI (report creation, design, data transformation, Power Query) or similar technology
  • Solid knowledge of data modeling and relational databases, technical understanding of data flows and ETL processes (a plus)
  • Experience in relevant fields such as data science, machine learning engineering or LLM development. Demonstrated success in developing and deploying AI / data solutions
  • Analytical thinking, structured, and solution-oriented approach
  • Strong communication and project management skills including experience in managing and leading small projects
  • Knowledge and experience in innovation methods are a plus.
  • Completed IT-related education or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent German and English language skills, knowledge of a third language is advantageous.

    • Our minimum salary for this position is a yearly gross salary of EUR 60.000,00 based on full-time employment. Of course, there is a willingness to pay more, depending on your qualifications and experience.
