Requirements
- Successfully completed training, ideally in the IT sector Experience in the field of telephony & cloud
- Good knowledge of SIP, SBC, proxy, Linux and databases
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel and Word
- High customer and service orientation
- Knowledge of technical customer service or service desk and ticket systems desirable
- Good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel
- Participation in on-call duty
- Class B driving license

Administration, support and new implementation of our cloud portfolio (Cloud PURE, Zoom, five9, ThinkOwl) Configurations of Freeswitch, FusionPBX, databases and moreEnsuring smooth operation and continuous development of cloud solutionsTechnical support and advice for our customers on the use and integration of cloud servicesCollaboration with internal teams to optimize and implement new functions and featuresPlanning implementations to be carried out in the SBC environment is also part of your job.Installation, configuration, administration of virtualized server environments such as VMware, Windows and LinuxYou will be responsible for processing technical incidents / changes and projects in the SIP and session border controller environment.Core Benefits
