We are currently recruiting for the position of
Media Sales Executive (m / f / d) to join a dynamic team at our client´s headquarter in Munich , Germany.
As part of an expanding global team this role lies at the heart of our international media operation. You will support the international sales team and be the main point of contact for the international sales representatives.
Tasks
- First point of contact for all international media representatives
- Create integrated advertising proposals and presentations
- Monitor & record proposals / booking status
- Coordinate costings & execution for special advertising formats
- Put marketing tools into action and brief the campaign management team
- Database evaluation and analysis
- Coordinate closely with internal teams
- Direct reporting line to the Managing Director
Requirements
Established knowledge and experience within the media industryReliability, accuracy, resilience and the capacity to learn quicklyA can-do attitude and willingness to work within a dynamic and an occasionally challenging environmentBeing a team player with a service orientated approachExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalFluency in English, German advantageous (other languages are a plus)Good knowledge of MS-Office (esp. Excel + Powerpoint)Benefits
