Senior Project Manager

JDL Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading data centre developer who are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their data centre project team in Mainz, Germany .

Lead the successful delivery of a major data centre construction project in Germany, ensuring it is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role owns stakeholder engagement, project governance, and customer satisfaction throughout all phases of the project.

Responsibilities :

Project Delivery & Governance

• Drive project through all stages – initiation to handover and closure.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk, aligning with business objectives.
• Manage the General Contractor, Vendors, Consultants as required to achieve goals
• Ensure compliance with governance, reporting protocols, and project controls.
• Deliver high-quality documentation : schedules, forecasts, cost reports, risk registers.
• Drive Decision Making in line with project requirements.
