The Merchandise Planning Retail (Full-Price) department plays a pivotal role in the success of the HUGO BOSS Retail business. It is responsible for translating the corporate strategy into actionable merchandise plans and achieving defined targets, ensuring the Retail channels inspire consumers with clear brand messages and meet their needs by delivering the right product at the right place at the right time.
Core responsibilities include planning, forecasting, analyzing, and actively steering the business with an end-to-end focus across the full collection lifecycle to ensure profitable growth and inventory efficiency.
We are looking for a passionate Senior Global Demand Analyst (m / f / d) to drive the optimization of automated demand forecasting within the TWIN Planning Suite . In this role, you will act as the key link between our Data Science and the Regional Merchandise Planning teams worldwide, ensuring that forecasting insights are translated into impactful planning decisions across all regions.
What you can expect :
- Monitor forecasting in the “technical” tool with statistical KPI’s as a basis for the business application (TWIN Planning Suite / O9)
- Review and fine tune forecasting elements (outlier cleansing, segmentation) in O9 forecasting tool & evaluate final forecasting
- High level overview of TWIN Planning Suite Demand planning tool, all modules & processes (increasing scope linked to implemented forecasting modules MFP>
