Your responsibilities include :
managing a book of B2B manufacturers from the premium segment in the design industrykeeping customers engaged and overseeing the administration, organisation and coordination of their products & servicesorganising & implementing multi-channel campaigns and other customer mattersbuilding and increasing customer satisfaction, retention and growthadvising and supporting the manufacturers in writing, by telephone and sometimes in a direct conversation at international trade fairs or onsiteadvocating for customers through close cooperation and regular communication with other teamsYour skills include :
Professional proficiency in Italian, German, and English is essential; additional languages are a plus.strong communication skills both on the phone and in writinga service-oriented approach and therefore the ability to support our customers with competence and empathyreadiness to work with Content Management Systems and others to drive efficiency and customer satisfactionnegotiation capabilities, in situations when customers require alignment or adjustment of expectationsprior commercial and sales experience is an assetexperience using Mac, Google Workspace, Salesforce and ClickUpthe ability to work in a team and provide creative solutionsa pleasant and communicative characterself-organised, structured, reliable and able to cope under pressureWhat we offer :
