Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d)
Your mission
- You will be responsible for recruiting, from creating the requirements profile and active sourcing to hiring and onboarding
- You define search strategies to identify promising candidates
- You accompany candidates throughout the entire application process for a positive candidate experience
- You develop customised recruiting approaches based on trends and new technologies
- You support the further expansion of our employer branding
Your profile
- You already have experience in recruiting and active sourcing, especially with LinkedIn recruiting
- You know the trends and new technologies in recruiting
- You have a strong service orientation and a friendly, confident demeanour
- You have excellent communication skills in all situations
- You have a structured way of working and a talent for organisation
- You are fluent in German and English
