For a fast growing digital agency in Dubai, we're seeking a dynamic COO to oversee daily operations, manage projects, and lead a diverse team.

Primary focus of your role will be :

Overseeing daily operations – project execution, resource allocation, and team performance
Acting as the escalation point for client concerns and fostering relationships
Mentoring project managers and department heads
Managing budgets, ensuring profitability, and driving efficiencies
Establishing and monitoring KPIs for operational success

We're looking for someone who has :

6-10+ years in digital agency operations

Strong budgeting and profitability skills

Track record in mentoring and operational excellence

Background in digital / tech agencies (Head of Delivery, Ops roles)
