Location : Munich HQ (preferred) / Hybrid / Remote within Germany

Start : as soon as possible

Language : German required English a plus

We are looking for a hands-on Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer to strengthen our data this role youll work across the full data lifecycle : from building dashboards and delivering analyses to shaping data pipelines and supporting our business teams with actionable insights.

Youll join a small but powerful data team and get the chance to work with a modern data stack (Python AWS Serverless BigQuery Tableau). With direct exposure to marketing product and operations your work will directly impact how we grow our e-commerce business.

What youll do :

Build and maintain Tableau dashboards that guide decisions across the company

Run ad hoc analyses and translate findings into clear business recommendations

Write and optimize BigQuery SQL (scheduled queries data processing reporting logic)

Partner with marketing to measure campaigns run experiments and optimize performance

Use Python for data wrangling automation and lightweight ETL / data engineering tasks

Explore and contribute to advanced analytics projects (e.g. churn prediction recommender engines customer cohorts)

Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing finance product and operations

Must-have :

Strong skills in Tableau (dashboard development & maintenance)

Proficiency in SQL (BigQuery preferred)

Solid understanding of e-commerce data and KPIs

Python skills for analysis and data automation

Fluent in German (at least level B1) with strong communication skills in both spoken and written

Nice-to-have :

Experience with SAP S / 4HANA data structures

Familiarity with AWS serverless stack (Lambda CloudWatch CDK) and GCP basics

Experience with Shopify data
