Procurement Working Student (f / m / x)

In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate closely with teams from Food R&D, Quality, Logistics, Marketing, and Sales to optimize inventory levels, control costs, and ensure seamless supply continuity. This is a vital position that will have a significant impact on every area of our business here at Formo. Aufgaben Manage ingredient preparation and deliveries while ensuring a smooth inventory flow through stock monitoring and logistics coordination Support in creating and managing purchase orders, resolve invoice discrepancies, and ensure timely supplier payments Keep procurement records accurate and compliant, and preparing reports as needed Assist in implementing ERP system while maintaining seamless operations with current tools Qualifikation First exposure to procurement or purchasing within the FMCG industry Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), with ERP integration experience being a strong plus Proactive, adaptable team player with strong communication skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments while taking ownership of results Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite (Excel, Google Sheets), with strong analytical skills Fluent in English and German, additional EU languages are a bonus Willingness to travel as needed to meet suppliers and strengthen relationships Noch ein paar Worte zum Schluss Disclaimer Formo is an equal opportunity employer.
