We are looking for a long-term reinforcement with immediate effect :
Project Manager Process Integration Warehouse Logistics Systems (m / f / d)
Your tasks :
- You will take on board the logistics requirements of the specialist departments and our customers. You will design, test, implement and document workflows and processes using the systems used in our logistics department
- You design, create and harmonize IT interfaces between customer, partner and our logistics systems to support and continuously improve operational logistics processes using our EDI converter
- You create reports, analyses, KPIs etc. using SQL and our internal EDI converter / report designer
- Step by step, you will assume responsibility for the EDI processes, functions and applications associated with warehouse logistics You will be the point of contact for customers and the operational units for process-related and system-related issues and ensure the monitoring and optimization of interfaces, workflows and processes
- Together with the logistics IT team, you ensure support for the internal logistics system, CEP systems and data interfaces and are part of the application support for the systems used in logistics, in cooperation with the technical and administrative IT department and our software suppliers
Your qualifications :
Completed vocational training or studies, ideally in the field of process management / warehouse logistics / ITYou have previous knowledge of logistics systems (master data setup, configuration, process design, reporting), databases and the design and implementation of EDI interfacesIdeally, you have knowledge of working with :SQL and data queries / analysis
Logistics systems (warehouse management, CEP system, etc.)Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPointIdeally, you have knowledge of project and process documentationYou are goal-oriented, proactively take the initiative and have a strong service orientationStructured, analytical and solution-oriented way of workingAbility to work independently, communicate and work in a teamWritten and spoken English language skills are an advantageWhat we offer you :
