Initiation of the PLD / FPGA Development Team (currently 13 employees) in the electronic software development of Liebherr Aerospace

Technical and disciplinary management of the assigned employees

Employee development - starting with the recruitment and subsequent promotion of employees

Ensuring smooth, high-quality PLD / FPGA development operations in international agile teams in the Aerospace division

Organisation, definition and further development of PLD / FPGA development processes, workflows and resources within the specialist discipline

Close cooperation with the PLD / FPGA test team to further develop and ensure an efficient overall certification strategy

Further development of the PLD / FPGA tool landscape

Participation in customer reviews and authority audits

Management and monitoring of suppliers

Successfully completed studies in computer engineering, electrical engineering or similar qualification

Several years of experience in the field of PLD / FPGA development with modern development, test and simulation techniques

Initial experience in technical or disciplinary management desirable

High passion for quality and for the development of aviation products or other PLD / FPGA products from regulated industries (e.g. automotive, medical)

Motivation to develop new processes in an agile environment

Social and leadership skills paired with a high degree of flexibility

Good knowledge of German and English
