WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Beratung und Unterstützung zu diversen Fragen des Wirtschaftsrechts und der Finanzregulierung, insbesondere WpHG, GwG sowie MiFiD II

Rechtsberatung in weiteren Rechtsbereichen (z.B. allgemeines Zivil-, Markenrecht)

Eigenverantwortliches Entwerfen und Verhandeln von Verträgen mit (internationalen) Kooperationspartnern im allgemeinen Vertrags- und Bankrecht

Rechtliche Konzeptionierung von neuen Finanzprodukten (z.B. Kryptohandel)

Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Verträgen und Mustern im Bereich Corporate Governance und Compliance

Schnittstelle zu anderen Funktionen (u.a. Prüfer, Revision, Regulator)

Eigenständige Koordinierung externer Anwälte und Kanzleien

Vorbereitung von Handlungsempfehlungen (inkl. Erkennung, Einschätzung und Bewertung von Risiken) für das Management

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Hochschulstudium der Rechtswissenschaft sowie abgeschlossenes zweites juristisches Staatsexamen, vorzugsweise mit der Note „vollbefriedigend” oder besser

4-6 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung, möglichst in den Bereichen Corporate und / oder Bankrecht- und Kapitalmarktrecht in einer Kanzlei oder in der Rechtsabteilung eines Finanzdienstleisters

Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge, unternehmerisches Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität

Flexible, dynamische und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

Verhandlungssichere Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse

Schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
