Service NCE is responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of wind farms throughout the region NCE. Presently we fulfil our obligations to our customers in more than 20 countries.
We aim to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas Service and to make Service NCE the best place to work. As Assistant to SVP and VP you will be acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
You will support in this role our VP Service Central.
Your Role :
- Strategical Representation : Represent Service President in strategical initiatives
- Project Supervision : Supervising the execution of projects with moderate complexity
- Meeting Coordination : Coordinating, setting and moderating the agenda for the management meetings, follow up on content delivery and on resulting actions after the meetings
- Internal Communication : Promote internal communication strategy for service NCE
- Time Management : Supporting the service president for time and priority management
Requirements
- Education : Ideally a master's or bachelor degree in business, commercial, communication or politics or other related educational background
- Experience : Proven experience as an executive assistant, management assistant, or similar role
- Languages : Marvellous communication skills, both verbal and written, in German and English. Spanish is advantageous.
- Tech Skills : Mastering all MS Office applications and general affinity for IT tools and systems
