Key Responsibilities :
- Market Research and Business Development :
Identify potential markets and industries for expansion within telecommunications, automotive, and industrial sectors.
Contribute to strategic planning to grow the companys market presence in Germany and Europe.Monitor market trends and competitors, delivering actionable insights to the sales and strategy teams.Customer Relationship Management :Maintain and develop strong client relationships through consistent communication and personalized service.
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and quotes tailored to customer needs.Respond promptly to client inquiries, coordinating solutions with internal departments.Sales Support :Work with the sales team to track leads and support sales pipelines.
Provide assistance with sales data management and CRM system updates.Organize meetings, presentations, and site visits for prospective and existing clients.Travel and On-Site Coordination :Visit the Kassel factory / office once a week to align with the team and oversee operations.
Facilitate collaboration between remote teams and on-site operations to ensure smooth communication.Administrative Assistance :Prepare reports and summaries for ongoing sales and business activities.
Coordinate logistics for client events, trade shows, and internal meetings.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service roles.Strong communication skills in German and English (written and verbal). Other European languages are a plus.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Ability to work independently from home, with a willingness to travel to Kassel once a week.Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills.
