Tasks : scientific researchactivities with the general research topic of Post Covid Conditionsand a strong interest in analyzing, and integrating large-scale,high-resolution, long-term, individual-based data collected onwearable devices, and survey datasets, modelling, developing andimplementing algorithms for analyzing complex, heterogeneousdatasets. The position also requires partial but active projectrelated supervision of PhD students. Further tasks include : writingof scientific publications in the high-profile journals;participation in professional conferences and presentation of theresearch work and its projects; support of the center forapplications for third-partyfunding.

Requirements :

universitydegree in Mathematics, Physics or Computer Sciences, Data Scienceor equivalent and / or PhD degree

strong interest inworking in a research environment at the interface of complexsystems science, network science, social sciences as well as lifesciences

proficiency in a programming language, likePython or R

ability to work in a collaborative,transdisciplinary environment

interest in complex systemsand exploratory, high-risk research

good command ofspoken and written English

ideally experience with timeseries data processing and dimensionality reductiontechniques
