Senior UX / UI Designer (m / f / d)

Your tasks We are looking for a passionate Senior UX / UI Designer to join our Customer Experience stream within the Digital Product team at KoRo. You'll be working closely with a Product Manager, Product Owner, and QA to launch exciting new features and continuously improve existing ones. This role will allow you to shape the user experience of our e-commerce platform and digital products, ensuring seamless and delightful interactions for our customers. As part of our growing team at KoRo, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and actively shape the future of food retailing. Support discovery phase by interacting with stakeholders and gathering insights Proactively suggest UX / UI improvements and innovative design solutions Create low-fidelity prototypes and mockups to visualize ideas quickly Conduct A / B testing to validate design decisions Ensure amazing user experiences across our e-commerce platform and digital products Act as an ambassador for user experience principles by inspiring and influencing other teams to adopt user-centric practices Your profile 3+ years of experience in UX / UI design, preferably in an e-commerce environment Proficiency with Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design Experience with Ablyft is a plus , basic frontend development capabilities are required for autonomy Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and A / B testing A solid understanding of interaction design principles and user psychology Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a strong eye for detail You live in Berlin or are willing to relocate Fluent English skills (basic German is a plus but not mandatory) What you can expect from us Our diverse team is ready to be enriched and inspired by your ideas : help building the future of food retailing in our fast-growing start-up!
