Your Responsibilities | Law – Tax – Finance – Private Equity – Law Firm - Attorney

You will draft and review various types of legal documentation.
You will work to minimize tax liabilities for your clients during company acquisitions and sales.
You will ensure that private equity funds comply with relevant legal and tax regulations.
Maintaining effective communication with your clients will be an integral part of your daily tasks.
You will contribute to the tax aspects of M&A cases.

Profile and Career Path | Law – Tax – Finance – Private Equity – Law Firm - Attorney

To adapt easily to your new environment, you have at least one year of experience as a tax lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg.

Being fluent in French and English enables you to communicate effectively with clients and third parties.

You are a proactive and organized person, which helps you work efficiently and continually develop your knowledge.

Strong communication skills are essential for building trustworthy relationships with your clients.

You will earn a salary of up to 100,000€ gross per year , providing you with a comfortable standard of living.

To recognize your efforts throughout the year, you will also receive a bonus .
