My client, a leading supply chain & logistics organization, is seeking a Head of Integration. This position will report to the SVP, and you will have 8 direct reports.
Key Responsibilities :
Leading the Integration Transformation
- You will spearhead the company's multi-year initiative to modernize its IT Integration landscape. As the head of the Integration Transformation department, you will be responsible for establishing the necessary behaviours, structures, systems, and competencies required for successful transformation.
- Overseeing all services and costs within your department.
- Providing leadership, motivation, and professional development opportunities for your team members.
Stakeholder Satisfaction and Process Improvement
Your role will involve catering to the needs of Integration Domain stakeholders and proactively identifying and improving processes that may be hindering their satisfaction and relationships with the company.
Collaboration with Integration Architect
In close collaboration with the Integration Architect, you will ensure the implementation of corporate standards and technology architecture within the Integration Domain.
Resource Management and Budgeting
You will be responsible for effective resource planning, allocation of resources to projects and services, prioritization of tasks, as well as budget planning, controlling, and undertaking activities to maintain the assigned budget.
