What you'll do
- Maintenance and Updates of information material for various target audiences in different formats like PowerPoint or Word or Blog articles
- Consult on SAP One (intranet portal) page templates, content quality, user-centricity and best practices
- Support quality initiatives
- Project support in relation to change management and communications planning (What, When, How, to which audience?)
- Manage the SAP One Professional Community
- Success measurement and reporting
What you bring
- Student (f / m / d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study : studies related to communication or similar
- Computer skills : Good MS Office applications skills, such as Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Language skills : Very good verbal and written English and German
- Hands-on mentality with a positive can-do-attitude
- Interest in exploring new ways to effectively communicate within a virtual organization
- Proactive driver of assigned tasks and deliverables
- Strong team spirit and interest in and some talent for communication tasks
Meet your team
The Employee Platform Team is in charge of the internal, employee-facing web applications. Our mission is to provide SAP employees with the tools they need to be effective in their work.
To achieve this, our applications enable collaboration, communication, and access to important HR- or role-specific processes.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
