WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

For the internship in the area of Learning and Development at the Ludwigshafen site, we are looking for a committed and motivated personality for a period of 5-6 months as soon as possible.

  • From day one, you are actively involved in the design, organization and evaluation of training measures for various target groups in the Care Chemicals business sector, thus contributing to the continuous development of our employees.
  • Variety is part of our business : In addition to helping with the planning and implementation of workshops, webinars and digital customer events, you are also involved in the organization of events on site and contribute your ideas.
  • Additionally, you work as a valuable team member to design onboarding programs, knowledge management and technical training to support our employees in their professional development.
  • Your creativity is in demand when it comes to preparing training content professionally – in the form of presentations, the design of intranet pages or the shooting and editing of training videos.
  • Are you interested in technical solutions? You are involved in the documentation and further development of automated processes and use tools such as Power Automate to make our processes more efficient.

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • enrolled student in Human Resources and Organizational Development, Psychology, Social Sciences, Business Informatics or Business Administration
  • experience in the field of personnel and organizational development is an advantage
  • basic understanding of programming or willingness to familiarize yourself with technologies such as Power Automate
  • very good communication skills as well as business fluency in German as well as English
  • strong initiative, ability to work in a team and a high level of customer orientation
