Join Our Rapidly Growing Sales Team as an Enterprise Account Executive!

Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for hunting new opportunities and expanding key accounts? We are seeking a driven Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead growth in the high-potential Benelux region and join our vibrant, fast-growing team. If you thrive in a startup / scale-up environment and excel at closing complex enterprise deals, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do :

Own Your Territory : Adopt an entrepreneurial mindset to manage and grow your portfolio of accounts.

Close High-Value Deals : Drive interest, adoption, and multi-year deals worth 6-7 figures.

Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with your SDR, internal teams, and global partners to provide insights and support client engagement.

Engage Globally : Navigate global cultures and working styles to bring together teams and win clients.

Execute Sales Strategies : Use a mix of calls, emails, social outreach, demos, F2F meetings, and presentations to move prospects through the sales cycle.

Support Clients : Act as a trusted advisor and deliver exceptional service in partnership with your Customer Success team.

Network and Represent : Attend industry events to build connections and promote our company.

Pipeline Management : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, forecasts, and opportunities.

Achieve Revenue Goals : Deliver results and contribute to our ambitious growth targets.

Who You Are :

Experienced Closer : 10+ years of sales experience with 5 years in enterprise-level roles managing deals over $100k.

Hunter Mentality : Passionate about finding and securing new business opportunities.

SaaS Expert : Experience in selling SaaS platforms; HR Tech, Coaching, or Learning & Development is a bonus.

Strategic Storyteller : Combine storytelling with data to engage prospects effectively.

Global Thinker : Thrive in an international business environment and can think globally while acting locally.

Adaptable and Resilient : Excel in dynamic environments with high expectations.

Personable Team Player : Enjoy collaborating and bring energy and fun to the team.

Multilingual : Native-level Dutch and professional-level English proficiency.

Location : Reside in the Netherlands

Mobile Professional : Willing to travel across Europe for client and team meetings (up to 20%).
