For our department Centre des Opérations within LuxairAirlines , we are looking for a (an) :
Senior Passenger Control Officer (m / f / x)- limited contract
Main duties :
- Anticipate and coordinate passenger control solutions
- Be responsible for the real time monitoring of the ground operation, of the overall ground activity in Luxembourg and Outstation
- In case of disruption, proactively develop and apply strategies to minimize passenger impact in coordination with SFOO
- Organize information, hotel accommodation and transport to passengers in coordination with Ground Handler and / or LuxairTours Tour Guides
- Be responsible for the negotiation of Ground Handler the same day of flight disruption
- Be the key contact for all departments and partner (ie : handling) involved in the operation for action relative to passengers within OCC's responsibility period
- Report delays and incidents to improve follow-up of complaints
- Participation in the ERAP TEC Team based on the procedure.
Required profile :
Minimum required criteria :
Be holder of a « BAC » or equivalent and proven experience in the area of activityHave a proven experience in the field of flight operations or ground operationsBe able to demonstrate good knowledge in passenger careBe prepared to work in a team and irregular shiftsHave strong organizational skills and a clear sense of prioritiesHave excellent analytical and listening skillsBe rigorous, precise and stress-resistantAccept Duty TravelBe familiar with standard office applicationsShow excellent communication skills in English as well as skills in Luxembourgish, French or German (spoken and written).Desired or to be acquired criteria :
Attend and pass successfully mandatory recurrent training according to the area of activityShow the ability to communicate at all levels, both inside and outside the companyDemonstrate user skills in Tools used in the Operation & Passenger Care CenterBe familiar with all aviation regulations and standardsShow Leadership skills.The ideal candidate :
Knowledge of Luxemburgish or any other language is considered as asset
