How does your working day look like
- In cooperation with the central accounting department at head office you will be responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable management processing reminder lists and handling everything related to the verification and account assignment of incoming invoices
- You will check the daily closings manage the cash registers and prepare the monthly closings including inventory and provisions
- As a financial genius you will be available to advise and support all employees and act as the interface between the General Manager and the Finance Department at the head office
- Not only will you be in charge of the companys finances but you will also keep a close eye on the figures with eagle eyes and precision so that even the smallest deviation is detected
- You will coordinate the preparation of the hotel budget and the evaluation of reports for the monthly finance meetings together with the General Manager
